Having graduated in medicine, Dr. Katyal followed his dream to pursue career in healthcare management. He is passionate about customer experience management, process improvement, cost efficiency, strategy development and business analytics. He is a strong advocate of service excellence and practice the same wherever he has worked. With almost 2 decades of clinical and management experience which includes around 10 years in UAE, Dr. Katyal has been fortunate to lead and manage teams in the overall pursuit of customer delight. He has held leadership roles in India and UAE and have worked with some of the renowned healthcare companies like Fortis, Max and VPS Healthcare. Currently, he works with Fakeeh University Hospital (FUH) as the Commercial Director managing Commercial, Facility and Operations. FUH is a 350 beds University Hospital positioned as "Smart Hospital of the Future" and will be the largest private teaching hospital in the UAE once fully commissioned.
